Duties: Baking desserts and breads for the camp. Collaborates with the Kitchen Coordinator to come up with a dessert plan, and a few breads.
Commitment: 3 hours/day during camp, 1 hour training, 3 hours pre-camp prep
Breakfast Cook Lead

Duties: Manages 2 breakfast volunteers. Prepare, serve, and clean up after breakfast
Commitment: On duty 6:30am -10:30am (Tuesday to Sunday); prep work ahead of camp with Kitchen Coordinator.
Breakfast Prep Cook
0.5 work-trade x 2 positions
Duties: Under supervision of the Breakfast Cook, ensures breakfast is prepared, served, and cleaned up.
Commitment: 6:30 am - 10:30 am (Tuesday to Sunday)
Lunch Prep Cook
0.5 work-trade x 2 positions
Duties: Reporting to the Head Chef. Lunch Prep & lunch closing. Starting to clean up dishes, before lunch goes out, and fully putting away all leftovers, properly labeling, washing kitchen dishes, wiping all counters, sweeping all floors.
Commitment: 9:30am -2pm (30 min lunch) / 5 days.
Dinner Prep Cook
0.5 work-trade x 2 positions
Duties: Reporting to the Head Chef. Dinner Prep & closing. Starting to clean up dishes, before lunch goes out, and fully putting away all leftovers, properly labeling, washing kitchen dishes, wiping all counters, sweeping all floors.
Commitment: 3-8pm or 2pm-7pm/ 6 days (30 min dinner).
Camp Closer
0.5 work-trade x 2 positions
Duties: Fully putting away all leftovers, properly labeling, washing kitchen dishes, wiping all counters, sweeping all floors, mopping all floors. Washing and drying all laundry before leaving. Serving and cleaning up after dessert. Close out the kitchen and make sure everything is in order for the following morning.
Commitment: 7pm-9/10/11pm depending on the evening. *This role must attend training.
